Natural Disaster
This feature is randomly generated every eDay and some disasters happen in our eWorld. According to the original map where countries have not expanded or being wiped, a dice rolls too choose one of those regions!
The disaster takes place and the effects are visible. Reduced damage for that region and its neighbor regions (have common borders), so new battles or already running ones will be affected as well if those regions are included.
The Country which owns that region by default (not currently if occupied) will suffer with decreased productivity as well. Both damage reduction and productivity reduction are randomly generated.
